Your data and personal information will not be shared with any person outside of the ISEEQ company. Your personal credit card information is not stored by ISEEQ in any form or fashion. All credit card transactions are handled through our processor, Metacharge.

Billing Information

Purchases will appear on your card statement as ISEEQ LTD.

Your credit card will not be debited until your product or service has been delivered to your online account, and services have been rendered completely.

An email will be sent to the card holder within 24 hours confirming your order. If for any reason your product or service is not immediately available, we will immediately inform the card holder of the expected delivery time.

Please keep copies of all receipts and transaction data through the ISEEQ web site.

Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policy

Customer deposits into the ISEEQ pay-per-click system are not eligible for Returns or Refunds. Each dollar paid equates to one usable dollar through the ISEEQ pay-per-click program. If your service was unacceptable or not as advertised, please contact customer support at support@iseeq.com. A customer service representative can credit your pay-per-click account with matching funds to replace your service. If you choose to cancel your membership with the ISEEQ pay-per-click program, any funds in your account above $1.00 will be credited back to the credit card used to make the initial purchase.

All products and services provided through ISEEQ and the Seeq brand pay-per-click sites are delivered electronically to your member's account instantly after purchase. You will not receive any physical goods or products.
